1. Key Definitions
1.1. Company or Personal Data Controller – Stanka, MB, a private limited company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 305699888, VAT payer code LT100014250816, telephone +370 (648) 89 092, email info@popcurls.eu.
1.2. Client or Data Subject – a natural person – a Company client (including website visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. E-shop – the Company's e-shop at www.popcurls.eu.
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal Data – any information relating to a natural person – the Data Subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly identified.
1.6. Processing of Personal Data – any operation performed with personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, modification, provision, disclosure, use, or destruction.
1.7. Cookie – a small piece of text information that is automatically created when browsing the website and is stored on the visitor's computer or other device.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The Client grants the Company the right to perform all Personal Data processing operations to the extent and for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal Data is processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
2.3. In the Company, Personal Data is processed according to the following principles:
- Personal Data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes;
- Personal Data is processed accurately, fairly, and lawfully;
- Personal Data is adequate and limited to what is necessary for its collection;
- Personal Data is updated regularly;
- All information about Personal Data is confidential.
2.4. It is presumed that by purchasing from the E-shop, the Client has read the current version of the Privacy Policy and agrees to it.
3. Collection and Use of Personal Data
3.1. For e-commerce purposes, the following Personal Data is processed: name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, IP address, payment data. Storage duration – 5 years from the last login to the E-shop.
3.2. For direct marketing purposes, the following data is processed: name, surname, email address. Storage duration – 5 years from the last login date.
3.3. The Client has the right to withdraw their consent at any time by sending a notice to info@popcurls.eu.
3.4. The Client has the following rights:
- To receive information about the processing of their Personal Data;
- To access their Personal Data;
- To request the rectification or erasure of their Personal Data.
3.5. Payments in the E-shop are processed securely through a third party – we do not store payment data.
3.6. We transfer your personal data only to trusted third parties – payment and delivery service providers, and the Shopify platform.
4. Cookies
In order for the E-shop to provide full services, cookies may be stored on the Client's device. The Client can view which cookies are stored and delete them in the browser settings.
5. Other Provisions
5.1. The Company has the right to change, supplement or update this Privacy Policy. Changes come into force from the date of their publication in the E-shop.
