Terms and conditions of sale
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions of purchase and sale for this online store (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller, defining the rights and obligations of the Parties.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct, or supplement these Rules at any time. Changes take effect from the date of their publication in the online store.
2. Conclusion of Purchase and Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order for goods in the online store www.popcurls.eu, after reviewing and agreeing to these Rules.
3. Rights of the Seller
3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation or security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend their ability to use the online store without warning.
4. Obligations of the Seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the use of the online store services under the conditions set forth in these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, in accordance with the conditions set forth in these Rules.
4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the ordered goods, the Seller has the right to terminate the contract after informing the Buyer. The Seller may offer an analogous item. If the Buyer refuses, the money will be refunded within 3 working days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right to return the goods, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid money within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
5. Rights of the Buyer
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the concluded purchase and sale agreement by notifying the Seller in writing (by email) no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The Buyer can exercise this right only if the product has not been damaged, its appearance has not substantially changed, and it has not been used.
6. Obligations of the Buyer
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in the manner prescribed by the Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods.
6.3. The Buyer must check the condition of the shipment at the time of goods delivery.
6.4. By purchasing in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.
7. Product Prices and Payment
7.1. Product prices are indicated in euros including VAT. After confirming the order, a delivery fee will be added to the total amount, if applicable.
7.2. Payment can be made using online banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, etc.) and Visa / Mastercard payment cards. Payments are processed securely through a third party — the Seller does not store payment data.
8. Product Delivery
8.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address. Delivery terms and conditions are provided on a separate page "Delivery Conditions".
8.2. The Seller is not responsible for the color or shape of the product on the screen not matching the real one due to monitor characteristics.
9. Product Returns
9.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Detailed conditions are provided on the page "Product Return Conditions".
9.2. Money will be refunded to the Buyer's account no later than within 5 business days from the date of return of the goods.
10. Warranty Period
10.1. Goods are subject to a 24-month warranty period from the date of purchase.
10.2. Warranty service is provided within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.3. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and material deficiencies that occur during the intended use of the product.
10.4. The warranty does not apply to:
- defects due to improper or careless use;
- mechanical damage;
- unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- effects of external factors (moisture, impacts, incorrect voltage).
10.5. For warranty service, please contact info@popcurls.eu, providing the order number, product name, description of the defect, and, if possible, photos or a video.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Rules are drafted in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, they are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. The Parties are released from the fulfillment of obligations if their fulfillment is impossible due to force majeure circumstances.
