Return Policy
1. Right of Return
The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that their commercial appearance and/or packaging are undamaged, after informing the Seller in writing via email at info@popcurls.eu.
2. Return Conditions
Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
- The item must not be damaged by the Buyer;
- The item must be unused and have retained its commercial appearance – undamaged labels, unremoved protective films, etc.;
- The returned item must be in the same complete set as it was received.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept a returned item if it was unpacked after delivery and is unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, or if the item is damaged, labels are removed, packaging is damaged, or the item has been used.
3. Return Procedure
To return an item:
- Write an email to info@popcurls.eu and notify of your intention to return the item;
- Provide the order number and reason for return;
- Upon receiving confirmation, send the item to the specified address.
Shipping costs for returning goods are covered by the Buyer.
4. Refund
Upon receiving the returned item and checking its condition, we commit to transferring the money to the Buyer's bank account or exchanging the item for another within 14 business days.
Shipping costs are not refunded if the item was not collected from the parcel locker or could not be delivered due to an inaccurate address provided by the Buyer.
5. Warranty Return
If the item is of poor quality or has manufacturing defects, the Buyer has the right to file a claim within the warranty period. In such a case, shipping costs are borne by the Seller. More information – in the Terms of Service.
